 Inc. Contest Rules!

1: Purchase an Peace Rec Promotions Inc. qualifying product to be entered into a promotional give away contest. Please go to our Facebook page and find “Entry Requirements” for  Peace Rec Promotions Inc. contests that are currently active on the page. 

2: No purchase necessary. Anybody of legal age in their province can enter into the contest given they meet the following requirements

purchasing a qualifying product will not improve your odds. In order to meet our No purchase necessary requirements you mustsubmit a 4000 word paper on your favourite Motorsports related story. Please submit this on 10.5”x11” peice of lined paper. Please submit this to admin@PeaceRecPromotions.com

Peace Rec Promotions Inc. will combine all qualifying “non purchase” entrants and all qualifying “purchase” entries prior to the drawing of the prize of the contest. Purchasing entrants will not acquire any sort of advantage over non purchasing entrants.

3. Must be 18+ years of age to purchase the qualifying product and be able to provide proof of identification. If out of province please make sure you are of legal age in your province. Residents of Quebec are excluded from all  Peace Rec Promotions Inc. Contest. 

4. This is a mixed game of Chance(drawn on random.org) and Skill. The skill testing question will go to the winner selected on Random.org using their paid and verified service. The skill testing question will be of a mathematical equation involving at least three operations. The contest winner will have a 25 minute segment of time from the moment the message is read via Facebook messenger. Failure to answer the skill testing question correctly will result in another skill testing question being awarded to the entrant that came in second place or second position from the top of the list from the randomizer. If the second person fails to answer the skill testing question correctly, the entrant who came in third place will be offered a chance to answer the skill testing question correctly. If the third contestant fails to answer the skill testing question correctly, the original contestant who was first seed will be awarded a second skill testing question. This process will be repeated until a contestant is successful in answering the skill testing question. The prize for the contest will be awarded with a 100% guarantee that it will be delivered to the recipient. 

5. Odds of winning are dependent on the amount of qualify products are available for the specific contest. 

6. Only Admins will be running the contests, any disputes can be brought up with the Admins only.

7. All contests will have a start and end date and must be completed on or before the end date. Limited qualifying products are available for each contest.

8. The promotional giveaway contests are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook.

9.    Peace Rec Promotions Inc. assumes no liability for the integrity of prizes awarded through contests.  Peace Rec Promotions Inc. will replace defected contest prizes if they are brand new in the box with original receipts provided by the winner of the contest. Any contest winner assumes the risks involved that come with the prize they have won. This includes, bodily injury, death, and personal property damage. Contest prizes shall be accepted “as is” and may include warranty of the item but not limited to, in regards to the integrity of the accepted item. Winner may be subject to tax in their province by accepting the contest prize that is awarded to them. 

10. All no purchase submissions and qualifying purchase entries must be submitted before the deadline of the contest end date. All starting dates and end dates will be posted clearly on each contest provided by  Peace Rec Promotions Inc. Failure of submission before the contest deadline will result in the person forfeiting their entry into the contest. Their position will become available and the contest deadline will be extended by two hours until a new contestant meets the requirements to enter the contest. Failure of the new contestant submission will result in an additional two hours of the contest deadline extension, and so forth. 

11. Any contest prize that cannot be shipped by mail must be picked up at the pre-determined location which will be clearly stated on the contest post. The winner of the contest will have 7 days to claim their prize. Any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the contest winner unless the contest administrator indicates otherwise. 

12.   Peace Rec Promotions Inc. is a Registered Incorporated Business and happy to provide you with the best service possible. Any questions or concerns should be brought to attention of the owners of Peace Rec Promotions Inc. before the person is to enter a contest and become a contestant.
